1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gggslot. By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the gggslot Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts, whether directly or through a third party, is strictly prohibited. gggslot reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them without prior notice.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.

4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify gggslot immediately at [email protected].

4.3 You must not allow any other person to use your Account, including family members. All wagers must be placed by the registered Account holder personally.

4.4 gggslot may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification information, impose temporary deposit or withdrawal restrictions, or suspend an Account pending completion of KYC verification at any time and for any reason consistent with Applicable Law and regulatory requirements.

4.5 You must notify gggslot promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your registered email address, mobile number, or banking details used for withdrawals.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 All deposits to your gggslot Account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

5.2 gggslot accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status.

5.3 Deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 gggslot does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction charges, for which gggslot accepts no responsibility.

5.5 Deposit transactions are subject to anti-money laundering screening in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines and PAGCOR requirements. gggslot reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit that does not pass screening procedures.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts or bank accounts registered in the same name as your gggslot Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and KYC verification. gggslot may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

6.3 Withdrawals will only be processed from a Player's Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance amounts are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6.4 Estimated withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts, subject to e-wallet provider processing times.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: Typically processed within the same business day, subject to bank clearing times.

6.5 Processing times stated above are estimates only. gggslot does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking networks, or technical issues outside gggslot's reasonable control.

6.6 gggslot reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 gggslot may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The availability, value, and specific terms of any promotion are subject to change without notice.

7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is made. You must satisfy the full wagering requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple claims of single-use promotions are considered a form of bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.

7.4 gggslot reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including in cases where gggslot has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.

7.5 Bonuses are intended for recreational play. gggslot does not represent that any bonus will result in a net financial gain for the Player. Wagering always involves risk of loss.

8 Games & Betting Rules

8.1 All games available on the gggslot Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for statistical fairness and compliance with applicable standards. Game payout percentages (RTP) are disclosed within each game's information panel.

8.2 Live casino games, including Dragon Tiger, live baccarat, live roulette, and live blackjack, are operated by third-party live game providers whose individual game rules govern in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, gggslot's determination shall be final with respect to account and payment matters.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gggslot Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation of promotional structures, including but not limited to coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gggslot staff, customer support personnel, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or redistribute any part of the Platform's content, software, or systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1 gggslot is committed to promoting responsible gaming. 10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. A self-excluded Player may not open a new Account during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a duplicate Account will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 gggslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gggslot has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• An Account has been used in connection with fraudulent or illegal activity.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Continued operation of the Account would expose gggslot to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

11.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is established, gggslot reserves the right to forfeit all balances and to refer the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

11.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting gggslot support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified withdrawal method following completion of required checks, provided no active wagering requirements or pending investigations apply.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the gggslot Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and audiovisual content, is owned by or licensed to gggslot and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 13 Limitation of Liability

13.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss. By using the Platform, you accept that risk and confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.

14 Privacy & Data

15 Disputes & Governing Law

15.2 If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint and dispute resolution channels.

15.3 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.4 Subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.

16 Amendments

16.1 gggslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gggslot will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

16.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time of any transaction or dispute shall govern that transaction or dispute. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.

16.3 Your continued use of the gggslot Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
